About this data: daily I-140 activity by block
This page shows what happened to I-140 cases on a single day, broken down by filing block. For each block you can see how many cases were approved, denied, received an RFE, or moved to another status that day, along with the approval rate among the day's decisions. Use the date picker to move to a previous business day — today's numbers are still incomplete, so the page defaults to the most recent full business day instead.
You can filter to a specific block or service center, and the day-by-day case table lets you see which individual receipt numbers changed status. The data mirrors the public USCIS Case Status tool and is refreshed daily.
Frequently asked questions
- Why does the page open on yesterday instead of today?
- Today's activity is still being recorded, so showing it would understate the real numbers. The page defaults to the most recent complete business day — you can still browse to any earlier date.
- If my block had a lot of approvals today, does that mean my case is next?
- Not necessarily. This is daily statistics for a group of cases, not a prediction for any single case. USCIS decides each case individually.
- What status changes are included?
- Everything the USCIS Case Status tool reports: approvals, denials, RFEs issued and received, transfers, biometrics notices and more, grouped into the categories shown in the chart.
- Where does the data come from?
- From the public USCIS Case Status tool, updated every day. TrackMyI140 is independent and not affiliated with USCIS.
