About this data: I-140 approvals and trends by block
TrackMyI140 follows USCIS I-140 (Immigrant Petition for Alien Worker) cases at three service centers: online filings (IOE, processed at the National Benefits Center), the Texas Service Center (SRC) and the Nebraska Service Center (LIN). Every case is grouped into a block: the first 8 characters of its receipt number, for example IOE0922. Cases in the same block were usually filed at the same center around the same time, so they tend to move at a similar pace.
This page shows what changed recently: approvals in the last 24 hours, RFEs sent and RFE responses in the last two days, denials and withdrawals, the blocks with the most approvals in the last 7 days, and weekly totals compared with the week before. Pick a block to see its status mix and day-by-day activity.
Frequently asked questions
- How do I find my block?
- Take the first 8 characters of your receipt number (e.g. IOE0922 from IOE0922XXXXX) and select it in the block picker.
- Where does the data come from?
- From the public USCIS Case Status tool. It's updated every day. TrackMyI140 is independent and not affiliated with USCIS.
- If my block is moving fast, will my case be approved soon?
- Not necessarily. These are statistics about groups of cases, not a prediction for any single case. Every case is decided individually.
- Which categories are included?
- All I-140 categories: EB-1 (A, B, C), EB-2 (including NIW) and EB-3.
